Initial Inspection

The inspection is mandatory to purchase any of our plans, ensuring that your home’s appliances and systems are in optimal condition before coverage commences.

Initial inspection process

  • Inspection. To initiate your Protection Plan, you must schedule an initial inspection by contacting us. Our representatives will assist you in arranging a convenient appointment with one of our qualified technicians.
  • Technician visit. On the scheduled date, a technician will visit your residence. The technician will thoroughly assess your home’s appliances and systems to identify any pre-existing issues or potential concerns.
  • Evaluation. During the inspection, we will diligently examine key components, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, kitchen appliances, and more. This meticulous evaluation ensures that your home is in optimal condition.
  • Documentation. Our technician will document the status of your system by creating a detailed report that describes the condition of your home’s appliances and systems.

Inspection requirement

By proceeding with the initial inspection, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. You also affirm that you are the homeowner or have the legal authority to schedule this inspection on behalf of the homeowner.
